• Information We Collect: We collect personal details necessary to process your rental, including your name, contact details, driver's license information, and payment processing details.

• How We Use Your Data: Your information is strictly used to fulfill rental bookings, process payments, verify driving credentials, communicate booking details, and comply with legal requirements.

• Data Sharing: We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share data with trusted third parties necessary to run our business (such as payment gateways, insurance providers, and credit processors).

• Data Security: We implement standard security measures to protect your personal and payment information during transmission and storage.

At Kehela Camping, we offer a clear and straightforward cancellation policy to ensure fairness for all our guests:

• Cancellations 30 Days or More Prior to Pickup: You will receive a 100% full refund of the total rental amount paid.

• Cancellations Between 8 and 30 Days Prior to Pickup: You will receive a 50% refund of the total rental amount. The remaining 50% is non-refundable to cover the reserved dates.

• Cancellations Within 7 Days of Pickup: Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the scheduled pickup date are strictly non-refundable, as the full rental reservation becomes fully committed at that point.

• Security Deposit Refunds: Security deposits are audited and fully refunded within 3–7 business days following vehicle inspection upon return, minus any applicable fees for damages, fuel refill, or late returns.

• Vehicle Pickup & Delivery: Scheduled pickup and drop-off times are set during booking confirmation. If delivery to a specific site is requested and approved, it will occur at the agreed-upon time and location.

• Late Returns: Vehicle returns must occur by the agreed-upon drop-off time. Unapproved late returns between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM will incur a flat fee of $100. Unapproved late returns after 9:00 PM will be charged a full additional day of rental at the current daily rate. All late fees will be charged directly to the payment method on file or deducted from the security deposit.

• Rental Offerings: Kehela Camping offers recreational vehicle (RV) rentals, along with optional add-on equipment (e.g., camping gear, generator usage, delivery options).

• Pricing & Payment: Rates are clearly displayed on www.kehelacamping.com during the booking process. Full payment, including applicable taxes and deposits, must be completed prior to taking possession of the vehicle.
